The Influencer Outreach page in Affyi is designed to help you discover, engage, and manage potential influencers for your affiliate program. This tool allows you to efficiently search for influencers that align with your brand and track your outreach efforts.

Key Features of the Influencer Outreach Page:

  1. Search and Filter Options:

    • Social Media Platform Filter: Select the social media platform where the influencer is most active, such as Instagram, YouTube, or Twitter. This helps you focus on influencers in specific channels that are most relevant to your audience.

    • Main Country Filter: Narrow down your search by selecting the primary country where the influencer's audience is based, helping you target specific geographic markets.

    • Followers/Subscribers Filter: Set a range for the number of followers or subscribers to find influencers with the desired reach. This ensures you are targeting influencers who have the right level of influence for your campaign.

    • Keyword Filters: Input relevant keywords to refine your search further. Start with the most important keyword in the first field (Keyword1), followed by less critical keywords in subsequent fields. This helps you identify influencers whose content aligns closely with your brand and products.

  2. Influencer Lists:

    • The page is divided into three tabs: Influencer, Interested, and Contacted:

      • Influencer: This tab shows all potential influencers that match your search criteria. From here, you can review and select influencers for outreach.

      • Interested: This tab tracks influencers who have shown interest in your affiliate program, allowing you to prioritize follow-up actions.

      • Contacted: This tab lists influencers you have already reached out to, helping you manage ongoing conversations and track responses.

  3. Influencer Details:

    • For each influencer, you can view key details, including:

      • Influencer Name: The name or handle of the influencer.

      • Subscribers: The number of followers or subscribers the influencer has on their primary platform.

      • ID: A unique identifier for the influencer within the system.

      • Social Media: The social media platform where the influencer is most active.

      • Main Country: The primary country of the influencer's audience.

      • Traffic: Information about the influencer's traffic or engagement rates.

      • Relevance: How closely the influencer’s content aligns with your brand’s focus, based on the keywords and filters applied.

  4. Outreach Management:

    • Select and Engage: You can select multiple influencers from the list and initiate outreach campaigns. This helps you efficiently manage large-scale outreach efforts.

    • Track Progress: Move influencers between the "Interested" and "Contacted" tabs as you engage with them, keeping a clear record of your outreach activities.
