Managing Publishers in Affyi

The Publishers page in Affyi is your central hub for managing all your affiliate partnerships. This page allows you to view, organize, and interact with the publishers who are part of your affiliate program.

Key Features of the Publishers Page:

  1. Search and Filter Options:

    • Search Filter: You can easily search for specific publishers by entering keywords in the search text box.

    • Publisher Type Filter: Narrow down the list by selecting a specific publisher type, such as Coupon or Content publishers.

    • Group Filter: If you have organized your publishers into groups, you can filter the list by these groups.

    • Offer Filter: Focus on publishers associated with specific offers by selecting from the Offer dropdown menu.

    • Commission Rate and Country Filters: Further refine your search by selecting specific commission rates or countries where the publishers are based.

  2. Publisher Status Tabs:

    • The page is divided into three tabs: Approved, Pending, and Rejected. These tabs allow you to quickly navigate between publishers based on their current status in your program.

    • Approved: Publishers who have been accepted into your program and are actively promoting your offers.

    • Pending: Publishers who have applied but are awaiting approval. You can review their details before making a decision.

    • Rejected: Publishers who have been rejected from your program.

  3. Publisher Details:

    • For each publisher, you can view essential information, including:

      • Publisher Name and URL: The name of the publisher and the URL of their website.

      • Type: The type of publisher, such as Coupon or Content.

      • Country: The country where the publisher is based.

      • Group: The group to which the publisher belongs, if applicable.

      • Registration Date: The date the publisher joined your program.

  4. Actions:

    • The Action column provides quick links for managing your publishers:

      • Contact: Easily reach out to your publishers for communication or support.

      • Performance: View detailed performance data for each publisher, helping you assess their contribution to your program.

      • Edit: Modify the publisher’s details or update their status in your program.

  5. Pagination and View Options:

    • Navigate through your list of publishers with the pagination controls at the bottom of the page.

    • Adjust the number of publishers displayed per page using the dropdown menu, making it easier to manage larger lists.
