Managing Billings in Affyi
The Billings section allows you to manage your subscription plan, payment methods, and view invoices. Here's a breakdown of the features:
1. Subscription Plan:
Subscription Selected: Displays the current plan you’re subscribed to (e.g., Professional).
Billing Cycle: Shows the billing frequency (e.g., Monthly).
Plan Cost: Indicates the cost of the selected plan (e.g., $199/month).
To change your subscription plan, click the Change button and select a different plan that suits your needs.
2. Payment Method:
If there is no payment method added, click Add to enter your payment details (e.g., credit card or PayPal).
Once a payment method is added, the system will automatically bill you based on your chosen billing cycle.
3. Invoice Management:
The Invoice section displays your current, upcoming, and past invoices.
Upcoming Invoices: Lists invoices that are due in the future. In this case, the Professional Plan for the period 06/15/2024 – 07/15/2024 is set to be billed.
Closed Invoices: Contains records of invoices that have already been paid and processed.
Open Invoices: Shows any unpaid invoices that are due or overdue.
For each invoice, you can view the item, quantity, rate, and total amount due.
