Managing Terms & Conditions in Affyi

The Terms & Conditions section allows you to set rules and policies that your affiliates must agree to before participating in your offers. These terms define how affiliates can promote your products and specify what is allowed or restricted in their marketing efforts.

1. Viewing Existing Terms & Conditions:

  • Navigate to the Terms & Conditions section under your account settings.

  • You will see tabs for:

    • Active: Displays the terms currently in use.

    • Pending: Shows terms awaiting activation.

    • Expired: Lists terms that are no longer in effect.

  • Each entry will show:

    • ID: Unique identifier for the terms.

    • Terms & Conditions: The name of the terms.

    • Assigned Offers: Displays which offers are associated with these terms.

    • Date Created, Start Date, and End Date: Specifies when the terms were created and their duration.

2. Adding New Terms & Conditions:

To create new terms for your affiliates to follow, follow these steps:

  1. Click "Add Terms & Conditions":

    • This will open the form to add new terms.

  2. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name: Give the terms a descriptive name, such as "General T&C" or "Coupon Tracking Offer."

    • Start Date & End Date: Select the dates when the terms will become active and when they will expire.

    • Content: Add any additional rules, conditions, or details for the affiliates to follow.

  3. Click "Add":

    • Once all the fields are filled out, click Add to save the terms. The terms will now be visible in the Active section and can be assigned to specific offers.
