User
The Users section in Affyi allows administrators to manage who has access to the account, their roles, and the permissions granted to them.
Steps to Manage Users:
Viewing Current Users:
Navigate to the Users section under your account.
Here, you will see a list of active and pending users.
For each user, you can view their:
Name
Email
Last Login Time
Role (Admin, Manager, etc.)
Permissions (Dashboard, Reports, Outreach, Billing, etc.)
You can also click Edit to modify the user's details or permissions.
Steps to Add a New User:
First Name & Last Name:
Enter the new user’s first and last name in the provided fields.
Email:
Input the user’s email address. This will be used to send the invitation and for logging into the platform.
Role:
From the dropdown menu, select the user’s role:
Editor: Can modify content but might have restricted access to some settings.
Viewer: Can only view the data but cannot make changes.
Customize: Allows you to manually customize the user’s permissions based on their tasks.
Permissions:
When selecting Customize as the role, you can individually assign specific permissions based on the user’s responsibilities:
Dashboard: Access to view and manage the main dashboard.
Report: View and manage reports related to account activity and performance.
Outreach: Manage outreach to affiliates and partners.
Account Settings: Ability to modify account details and settings.
Partner: Manage partner and affiliate relationships.
Billing: Access to billing and financial settings.
Offer: Manage offers available to publishers and affiliates.
ViewOnly: Can view the sections without making any edits or modifications.
Password:
Set a password for the user, which they will use to access their account.
Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field.
Invite:
Once all fields are completed, click Invite to send an email invitation to the new user.
